We also collect assessment data through the Workforce Intelligence Platform, which may include skill evaluations, challenge responses, pathway interests, and profile information you choose to create.

We use your information to manage event registration, communicate updates, match participants to learning pathways and opportunities, and generate workforce insights. Assessment data may be used to create aggregated, anonymized reports for partners and may also support individual skill profiles that you choose to build and share.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated, de-identified data with workforce partners, employers, and sponsors to demonstrate program impact and hiring potential. Individual skill profiles are only shared with your permission or as necessary to deliver services you request, such as matching to micro-internships or employer opportunities.

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, or support your continued engagement with AI STEAM Lab programs.
